Crock Pot Chicken and Corn Chili
This very easy recipe is a great cold weather, tummy warming meal!!
4 Chicken Breasts, cooked, cubed (they can be cooked in the crock pot first)
1 container of Traditional San Juan Salsa
2 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
16 oz frozen corn
1 15 oz can pinto beans
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on high setting for 3 hours.
