Our Ingredients
San Juan Salsas are made fresh daily with the finest ingredients available. We have a custom proprietary tomato based made exclusively for us by Stanislaus Food Products, Modesto CA. They are family owned and operated for over 80 years. Fresh packed, with superior tomatoes grown using regenerative farming practices. To give our salsas a wonderful flavor profile, we process our fresh vegetable on site daily, along with a unique blend of fresh and dried herbs and spices. We use Raw Apple Cider Vinegar as our (natural) preservative. Our salsas are non GMO certified. Our tortilla chips are made to order for us, using our recipes, by our friends at La Mexicana located in Kent, WA. Our close proximity to La Mexicana ensures the freshest most delicious chip possible. Our products have always been All Natural, Gluten Free and contain 0g Trans Fats per serving.
Come Visit
We welcome you to come visit our 10,000 square foot production facility in Arlington, WA. Our production facility was built to our exact specifications so we could make the highest quality product in the safest and cleanest environment possible. All 7 different types of our salsa are made in house, distributed out to your favorite grocery stores and available for purchase in our front office. While you’re in the area we highly recommend trying out some of our amazing neighbors too—Skookum Brewery and Bad Dog Whiskey just to name a few!
